We collect information explicitly provided when you connect your social integrations (TikTok, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit). To ensure system integrity, security, and high-speed performance, we also collect standard usage metadata, including IP addresses and browser fingerprints. Your data is utilized strictly to fuel your analytics and AI agents.

2. Third-Party Infrastructure

SocialStarter is built on industry-leading infrastructure to process your intelligence securely and rapidly. Our technology stack relies on Netlify (Hosting & Edge Functions), the native APIs of TikTok and Meta, Google Cloud (for YouTube and Search data processing), and Stripe (for secure payment processing). Each of our vendors adheres to strict, enterprise-grade privacy and compliance standards.

3. Cookies & Session Management

We utilize essential cookies strictly to authenticate your secure session and track your live Credits. We do not deploy intrusive, third-party advertising trackers on our dashboard. Our tracking is limited entirely to the technical data required to keep your intelligence suite running smoothly and securely.

Terms of Service

1. Usage License & Restrictions

SocialStarter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize our AI agents and intelligence tools for the purpose of audience growth and brand analysis. You agree to use the platform as intended. Automated scraping of our proprietary dashboard, reverse-engineering our intelligence algorithms, or attempting to bypass our API rate limits is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

2. The Vault Credit System

Your usage of the SocialStarter engine is governed by our Universal Credit System. Credits are dynamically consumed based on the complexity of the request (e.g., a deep-dive Ad Library search consumes more credits than a basic profile stat check). Please note that credits hold no monetary cash value outside of the SocialStarter ecosystem and are strictly non-refundable once consumed by an API request.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

While SocialStarter provides industrial-grade data aggregation, we operate as a third-party analytical tool. We are not responsible or liable for any punitive actions, shadowbans, or account suspensions enacted by third-party networks (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) against your accounts. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content and publishing actions comply with the respective Terms of Service of the platforms they utilize.
